Medicinal herbsHarvest

Heart-shaped leaves and a honey-bract blossom — the classic European calm-and-cold tea.

Linden blossom (tilleul) is a traditional European nervine and diaphoretic: restlessness, a tense cold, a pleasant evening. The bract and flower are picked together. It is one of the gentlest cups in the folio. Tree-sized patience, or a neighbor who lets you pick.

Flavor

Honey, linden, a faint mucilage — the smell of June streets in Europe.
