Medicinal herbsHarvest

Tiny daisy chewed (or encapsulated) to cut the frequency of migraine — a prevention herb, not a rescue drug.

Parthenolide-rich leaves have trial data for reducing migraine days when taken daily. The traditional method was eating a few fresh leaves in bread to spare the mouth. Sudden withdrawal can rebound headache. Not for pregnancy.

Flavor

Harsh, bitter daisy. Fresh leaf bites the mouth.
